COVID Safety Protocol


First, we would like to take a moment and say THANK YOU to everyone that has supported our small business, we wouldn’t be here if it wasn’t for you. These are crazy times, but together we will get through this.

We want to share with you the adjustments that we have made to our salon operations in order to protect you, our staff, and our community from COVID-19 transmission. We have made many internal changes to our salon procedures but we want to share the ones that will affect you during your visit.

Appointments

We are encouraging all of our guest to please start booking future appointments online. If you need further assistance booking your next appointment please call or text at (206) 465-7820.

Self Health Check

First things first, before leaving your home please do a self health check. We are committed to taking measures to help protect the health and safety of our employees and guest during the current COVID situation.

If your answer to any of the following statements is yes, please stay home.

-You have or have had within the past 14 days any symptoms of COVID-19, including fever, cough, shortness of breath, general malaise, muscle aches, loss of sense of smell or taste, diarrhea, nausea or feel unwell or have a runny/stuffy nose, sore throat or are sneezing.

-Within the past 14 days you have been caring for, or living with, someone diagnosed with COVID-19 or symptoms of COVID-19.

-Within the past 14 days you have been advised to home quarantine because of an exposure to COVID-19.

-You are considered high-risk or vulnerable to COVID-19 in accordance with World Health Organization and Centers for Disease Control prevention guidelines.

Please come alone to your appointment

We are not able to accommodate extra family members, children, or friends. If they come with you, they will need to wait outside.

YOUR ARRIVAL

Arrive to your appointment with a mask

All guests are required to wear a mask that hooks behind the ears (all staff members will be required to wear masks as well).

Temperature Check

Your temperatures will be checked with a non-contact digital forehead thermometers. Clients with a temperature above 100.4 degrees will have to cancel their appointment at no charge.

Sanitation Station

When you come in, we’ll ask that you go straight to our sanitation station and use the hand sanitizer or wash your hands in the restroom.

Go right to the styling chair

You will go directly to the styling chair with the stylist. We will NOT be having you change into color robes. Please wear an older T-shirt or something that has a lower neckline.

6 Feet Apart

Guests will be seated at least 6 feet apart.

Beverages

We will be offering beverages in disposable paper cups.

YOUR DEPARTURE

Contactless Payment

We are encouraging all of our guest to please switch to Contactless payment. These systems are credit cards, debit cards, smartphones, mobile devices, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay, and any bank mobile applications that support contactless payment.

Retail

We will no be allowing guest to touch any of the retail items. We will gather requested items for you, sanitize them, and bag them up.

Checking Out

At the end of your service, we will escort you to the front desk and ring you out.

Re-booking

We are encouraging all of our guest to please book online. We will not be booking future appointments inside the salon. This is to shorten the amount of time you spend in the building and reduce the number of staff we need working at one time. Please know how very important providing excellent service is to us. These new measures we are taking are temporary until we can get back to the high standards that you’ve come to expect from us. We hope that will be sooner than later!

We sincerely appreciate your support. This situation has certainly brought on some challenges, but we are determined to rise to the occasion with a positive attitude and high level of professionalism. As these circumstances are ever changing, they will require our constant attention and reevaluation. We ask that you please be patient with us as make the necessary adjustments.
