POLICIES


Out of respect for our Glam & Tonics Team Members and all our Clients.

Please understand that when you forget, cancel or change your appointment without giving notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time.  There is a loss of earnings for your service provider and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services.  Our cancellation policy allows us the time to inform our standby guests of any availability as well as keeping our Glam & Tonics Team Members’ schedules filled, thus better serving everyone.  We understand unforeseen situations may arise and management will take individual circumstances into consideration.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

*24-hour notice is required to cancel an appointment.

*A $50.00 Cancellation Fee will be charged for appointment cancellations with less than 24-hour notice.

*A $50.00 No-Show Fee will be charged for missed appointments.

*Keratin Complex Smoothing Treatment services require a $100.00 credit card deposit to hold the appointment, and will be non-refundable if appointment is missed or canceled with less than 24-hour notice.

ONLINE BOOKING:

 A Secured credit card “HOLD” transaction is required when booking an appointment on-line.

No charge will be applied to the credit card until check out; except for the $100.00 deposit for Keratin Complex Smoothing Treatments which is charged when booking the appointment.

RUNNING LATE:

Running late for your appointment may result in your service being shortened or your appointment being rescheduled. If a reschedule of your appointment is required, this is considered a missed appointment and a $50 No-Show Fee will be applied.

CONFIRMATION OF APPOINTMENTS:

As a courtesy, we will email, text or call to confirm your appointment 48 hours in advance.  However, if we are unable to reach you, and can only leave a message, please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid No-Show or Cancellation Fees. Not receiving a 48-hour appointment confirmation reminder will not excuse you from No-Show or Cancellation Fees.  PLEASE ENSURE THAT ALL YOUR CLIENT INFORMATION IS UP TO DATE AND CORRECT TO GET REMINDER MESSAGES.

WE HONOR YOUR TIME AS WELL:

Performing services is not an exact science and at times there are situations that require extended time beyond the normal service time slot.  Whenever possible we will contact you by phone/text/email to let you know that we are running behind.

RETAIL GUARANTEE:

Glam & Tonics carries the most advanced product lines available and our recommendations are based on our experience and what we feel would work best for your needs.

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your retail purchase, you may bring back your product for an exchange, refund, or store credit within 30 days of purchase; proof of purchase required.

Brushes, flat irons, blow-dryers and all other appliances are Final Sales and non-returnable.  Please note that each appliance comes with a factory warranty upon purchase.

SALON GUARANTEES:

Glam & Tonics is a team environment, and customer satisfaction is our top priority.  Our goal is to give you the best experience from start to finish, and for you to walk out our door 100% satisfied with your service.  If for any reason you are unhappy with the services you received, we would like the opportunity to correct or redo your service free of charge.

SERVICE GUARANTEES:

*When returning for a correction or redo service, please contact the salon within 2 weeks of your original service.

*Redo services will be scheduled with your original service provider whenever possible, but if you prefer someone new please let us know when scheduling. 

*Please understand that the redo guarantee does not apply if you decide to completely change the original look given from the original appointment or the initial consultation.

*If you are still unhappy with your service, we will fully refund your original service.  Refund requests must be received within 2 weeks of service completion.
